A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
A minimum 2 night stay is in operation during weekends and the school holidays. Call the hotel to check if we can accomodate a one night stay during these periods.
Check in is from 4pm though if your room is ready, we can check you in early at no extra cost. Check out is by 12 noon.
Well behaved dogs are welcome with their owners in some of our rooms when booked in advance. There will be a £10 surcharge per dog per night to cover extra cleaning after your stay. Dogs must not be left alone at any time during your stay. Maximum 2 dogs per room.
We have a limited number of roll out futons for small children at an additional fee of £20 per bed, which includes breakfast.
In the event of cancellation the deposit will be returned if we are notified no less than 14 days before arrival date. For group bookings, the cancellation period is 8 weeks prior to your visit.
We will always attempt to transfer/re-schedule a booking to an alternative date where possible.
We strongly reccommend taking out travel insurance in case you need to cancel your stay at short notice.
