La Rosa Hotel is committed to ensuring every guest feels welcome, respected and able to enjoy their stay. As a listed Victorian building, we have structural limitations, (we don't have a lift and all accomodation is on upper floors) but we work proactively and transparently to provide the highest level of accessibility and inclusivity possible within our heritage setting.

La Rosa is also a safe, affirming space for LGBTQ+ travellers, families, solo visitors and neurodivergent guests.
