KEYS 
•    Silver = Your room key.  
•    Red tab = Stained glass door to reception.  
•    Black tab = Front external door which is locked overnight.  

MILK & COFFEE
Please ask at reception if you need any fresh milk to make a cuppa. Fresh milk is delivered with your breakfast in the morning. We stock dairy, oat, soya and almond milk. Also, if you’d like a coffee, just ask us for a cafetiere. 

BREAKFAST 
If booking direct, a vegetarian continental breakfast will be brought to your room each morning between 8:30am – 10.30am.  Let reception know if you'd prefer your breakfast served in the tearoom or if you’d like to add a Buck’s Fizz or Bloody Mary. Breakfast is available to room only guests for an additional £10 per person per day. Let us know before 9PM the night before so we can add you to the breakfast list. Room only guests will receive complementary fresh juice & milk each morning. We'll leave these outdide your room at 8:30 ish for you tol grab when you wake.

COCKTAIL LIBRARY & TEAROOM
The ground floor areas are for guests to use. We are able to serve drinks, cocktails and cakes while reception is open. Feel free to browse our board game selection. If it’s quiet, we may close up by 9pm at the earliest though we are licensed to serve until 11pm. 

SERVICES
If you would like your room serviced, please ask reception before 12 noon. Please leave your breakfast bag outside your room or bring it down for us to clear away. If you’d like fresh towels or assistance with anything else, please ask a member of staff.

HAIRDRYER, IRON, NON-SLIP BATH MATS, EXTRA PILLOWS
Please ask at reception if you would like any of these. 

TOILETRIES
You will find bubble bath in vintage glass bottles in your bathroom. If you have forgotten your toothbrush/paste or shampoo/conditioner these are for sale in the gift cabinet along with other goodies. Sanitary items are available for free in the public WC on the ground floor.

SMOKING & VAPING
The whole hotel is non-smoking throughout.  Please head outside if you wish to smoke or vape. 

DOGS
If you’ve brought your pooch for a well earned break by the sea, please don’t let them onto the beds or the balconies. Dogs must not be left unattended at any time.

CHECK-OUT
Please ensure you check-out of your room by 12 noon. Late checkouts are charged at £25 per hour, or part thereof.
