LA ROSA COVID-19 STATEMENT
La Rosa Hotel have always strived to put the safety of our staff and visitors above all else. Working together, staff and management at the hotel are taking all of the appropriate measures to reduce the risks from COVID-19 for our team, guests and other visitors to the hotel.
To this end, we have carried out a Risk Assessment and have developed the controls required to reduce the risks we identified. As a result of this, we have invested in new equipment and implemented a number of procedures to reduce the risk of infection and ensure that the hotel is as safe as possible. Our procedures are kept under constant review and are regularly updated to reflect the latest advice.
COVID SAFE MEASURES
Hand sanitiser stations are located throughout the hotel. Please use them frequently
Screens have been installed at reception with signage explaining the systems we have in place.
Masks are available for staff & guests.
Cleaning and sanitising is carried out on a regular basis to the highest of standards in all areas of the site, with particular emphasis on regular touch points.
Facilities for effective hand washing and hand sanitising are made available for staff and guests throughout the hotel.
INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY
Keys will be disinfected with anti viral solution once they have been returned to reception upon checking out.
We are only accepting card payments at this time.
In order to reduce the number of guests our staff come into contact with, we are bringing in a minimum stay of 2 nights per booking. We will be offering discounts for longer stays.
Check in is from 4PM.
Parking discs are available in our lobby so just help yourself if you arrive early and are parked in a disc zone. We can replace this with a parking scratch card once you are checked in.
Extra cleaning will be taking place in the public areas of the hotel. We hope to avoid any inconvenience and ask for your understanding if things take a bit longer than normal as our staff may not always be immediately available for you.
